confession:

this is SO hard. I've cheated already. the hardest part is not eating before bed. I always crave popsicles, carbs, and sweet things right before sleep.

  1. I hear you! Yesterday was a bad day for me. And I felt awful and tired too.

    A few things to try before bed...gum...working out...water...or, just go to sleep! :)

  3. when i have nighttime cravings, i visualize the big bowl of cereal i'll get to eat in the morning (that way i jump-start my metabolism and have all day to burn it off)and how good it will taste and how good i'll feel.

    also, i brush my teeth. can't eat after that!

    but, if it's one of those nights and i need a popsicle or a handful of chocolate chips, i don't beat myself up over it (as long as it's not a gallon of ice cream or pizza!)
